人才队(duì )伍建设(shè )是(shì )提(tí )升托育服(fú )务质量的保(bǎo )障。面对当前托育(yù )专业人才短(duǎn )缺这一(yī )瓶颈,长(zhǎng )沙(shā )师范(fàn )学(xué )院学(xué )前教育(yù )学院院长(zhǎng )张晓辉(huī )建议,从教师专业标(biāo )准(zhǔn )体系建(jiàn )设出发,将托育(yù )机构师(shī )资(zī )纳入(rù )其中,提(tí )高托(tuō )育(yù )服(fú )务专业化(huà )水平;从(cóng )学历提升(shēng )和专业成(chéng )长考虑,拓宽专业人(rén )员发展路(lù )径(jìng ),增强(qiáng )托育机构从业人员(yuán )对职(zhí )业的归属(shǔ )感、荣誉感。
